The daily feed
Signal by Source Playbook
Every morning, Signal picks the day’s tech and open source stories from the Hacker News front page, the Lobsters community, Product Hunt launches, TLDR’s daily brief and GitHub’s trending charts, and lays them out in full color. Every square links straight to the source.
How Signal works
- Signal curates, it never copies. Headlines and short excerpts belong to their sources, and every square links straight to the original page — the reading happens there.
- Five sources, one color each: orange is the Hacker News front page, pink is the Lobsters community, yellow is Product Hunt, blue is TLDR’s daily brief, green is GitHub trending — ranked by Source Playbook’s own daily snapshots.
- A robot refreshes the wall every morning. A square lives seven days at most, then leaves the garden.
- No tracking, no cookies, no account — same rules as the rest of Source Playbook. Sources are credited on every square.
